Soil Health + Gut Health = Human Health

Cokato Evangelical Lutheran Church

Monday, February 13, 2023

This free presentation will highlight the relationship of the soil ecosystem to that of the human gut.  We will cover how the microbiology of the soil is directly reflected in the human gut.  We will discuss the many ways the microbiome of the gut influences how we feel, what we think, and what we eat.  Participants will leave with the education and tools to heal both the soil and the gut to optimize health, prevent disease, and improve their quality of life.
