On February 26, 2024, almost 50 local community members packed into the area next to the Cokato ELC kitchen to learn from local sourdough enthusiasts, Becky Swenson and Andrea Wilson. They did a fantastic job presenting and teaching, demystifying the sourdough process for many and offering helpful tips for both beginners and veterans. Unfortunately, our video of the event did not save properly and is not viewable. However, we have Becky and Andrea's handouts with recommended recipes and basic steps for you below. Becky and Andrea have graciously offered to do another smaller, more hands-on class in the future, which we will look at offering sometime in the winter of '24-25.
