Chef Karyn Tomlinson, owner of restaurant Myriel in St. Paul, presented on how to minimize waste and find more joy through cooking efficiently. There were about 65 in attendance at the Dassel History Center for this event on September 12, 2022. Karyn prepared a variety of bites to enjoy before the presentation, all created with ingredients from the Dassel-Cokato area.
